EXPERIENCE

• 5 consistent tax seasons with face to face client interaction

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Active Enrolled Agent license (maintained a minimum of 4 years)
• Active CA CPA license (maintained a minimum 4 years)

SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

• Lacerte tax
• ​Intermediate excel (calculations, Vlookup, pivot tables) 
• Google search
  

KNOWLEDGE

• Advance knowledge regarding W2s, 1099s, and other tax related forms​
• Advance knowledge with tax returns - Form 1040, Schedule A, B, C, D, E
• Knows where complex tax forms belong on the tax return - margin interest, foreign tax credit, backdoor Roth IRA conversion, 199A.
• ​Knows details of Schedule C and E including aspects of depreciation, home office, mileage, hiring dependents, etc.  
• In depth knowledge of company stock options, ESPP, and RSUs
• In depth knowledge of business entities - C-corp, S-corp, LLC, Partnerships
