License Requirements

• Accounting related degree or working toward one is preferable, but not required

Software Experience

• QuickBooks
• Google Docs

Knowledge

• Basic understanding of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
• Understands debits and credits

Interpersonal Skills

• Can follow instructions
• Comfortable with asking questions
• Eager to grow

Accountability

• Helps support senior bookkeepers with data entry and bank reconciliations
• Help gather and organize client data
• Support senior with administrative tasks
